Refund policy

Custom Items

We love that you are allowing us to build you a piece of your world!  We take great pride and care in building your custom prints and our goal is the make sure you are 100% impressed with the final product.  And if there are any defects in our workmanship or materials, we will gladly remake you print at no charge to you.

However, we print exactly what you have submitted to us and do not make any alterations without your consent.  Because of this, we are unable to offer a refund or reprint if the original image was not of sufficient quality to produce a print in the size you ordered.  We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your frame - or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion. We would love to help you.

If there was an error in production that we determine to be our fault, we will replace the item at no charge to you. Please reach out to us, within 10 days from the date you received your order, through ContactUs@SportWoodsFramery.com and we’ll be happy to help.

 

Non-Custom Items:

An item may be returned within 10 days from the date you received it for a refund  less all shipping charges.  To start a return, you can contact us at ContactUs@SportWoodsFramery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the returned product is received at our warehouse, a refund less the cost of  return shipping will be issued within 7 days.

If an item is returned to us that is not authorized for return or refund, we will attempt to contact you up to 3 times. If we receive no response after 30 days, you forfeit your right to have the item returned to you.

We reserve the right to reject/refuse the refund for items that do not fit these qualifications. The customer will pay to have the items shipped back to them if items are sent to us outside of the time frame and/or not approved for return.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If the Shipping box is damaged, please refuse the shipment and initiate an shipping damage claim.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and Clearance Items.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
